What is Dandelion?

Dandelion is a personal record-keeping tool for aesthetic treatments. It documents what you choose to record. It does not provide advice, recommendations, instructions, or guidance of any kind, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. Decisions about treatments are yours and your qualified professionals'; Dandelion just keeps the diary.

Dandelion is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Your data is yours

Everything you record belongs to you and lives on your device (see the privacy policy). You can export your records at any time, free, regardless of any purchase. No feature of Dandelion ever locks you out of records you have already made.

Purchases

The diary is free. An optional one-time purchase, made through the app store on your device, permanently unlocks the Insights features on that store account. Purchases are handled by the app store; refunds follow the store's policies.

Acceptable use

Dandelion may not be used for unlawful purposes, or to interfere with the app, this website, or the giveaway process. Images you export are yours to post.

No warranties; limitation of liability

Dandelion is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DandelionDex LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or this website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: support@dandeliondex.app.
